Aneta Kucharczyk-Swamy
Practice Description
Hi! My name is Aneta. I am a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, specializing in integrative mental health management for children, adolescents, and youth through college age.
I am a dedicated healthcare provider with 18+ years of experience in the medical field. I got my Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Rush University, Chicago, IL and a postgraduate PMHNP certificate from Johns Hopkins University. I worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the last 12 + years and as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for over a year. During the last 9+ years, I worked in school-based health centers in Seattle. I am familiar with collaborating with school staff to support students wellbeing and educational success.
My focus is helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes, reaching their full potential and improving their quality of life. I strive to provide neuroaffirming care, which is person-centered & strength based. As a compassionate and results-oriented Nurse Practitioner, I believe in a whole-person approach to mental health. I integrate evidenced-based treatments including medication management, psychotherapy, comprehensive medical evaluations, labs, complementary and alternative practices, and lifestyle recommendations to address the root causes of mental imbalance.
My approach to care is rooted in kindness, empathy, and respect for each patient’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where patients feel heard and empowered. Working closely with each individual, I develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and needs.
