Practice Description

A private practice where there is a specialization with addiction, ADHD and mental health. I am seeing people in person when it is required usually the first visit. After that the following visits are by Zoom Video Chat. I use DNA testing to guide selection of medication along with the person’s history. I review lab work and look at the Whole Person. Functional Medicine provides a foundation that looks for the root cause not just the symptoms. The investigation of root causes influences what and how I practice. Utilizing hypnosis since 2006  as a therapy to help the person understand and change the root cause of the beliefs and problems that keep them blocked from achieving what they want. Trauma, relationship wounds especially around repeating patterns of self destructive behavior, emotions and thoughts are able to be resolved and improved relationships especially with them self have been evident.

I am a Board Certified Hypnotherapist through IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists), and a WA State Registered hypnotherapist and a member of the PNW Hypnotist Guild. I am a Certified Level II  HeartHealing® Practitioner .

HeartHealing® is a revolutionary integrative healing approach used within the subconscious state which expertly and uniquely combines scientific, spiritual, and energetic principles for deeper and more profound shifts than most purely scientific-based methods. It has been changing and impacting lives in as little as one 1-hour session. Most methods in the transformational industry focus only on the power of the mind, and whereas mind transformation can be powerful, it is only one layer.

HeartHealing® is the missing link to wholeness and focuses on the most radical and powerful transformation you can ever experience, healing your heart. Your heart holds the wisdom of what is really holding you back and reveals the hidden wounds your mind cannot see. According to quantum physics, the heart has an energetic frequency 5000 stronger than the mind, so it makes sense that healing your heart creates a much bigger transformation than just healing your mind.

The unique combination of scientific and spiritual techniques means that this method imprints change at the mind, heart and soul level for profound and deep transformation other methods just do not compare to. This technique and unique energetic healing of the Heart was invented by Natasha Bray.

This is equivalent to a UK Level 4 (undergraduate degree) in the hypnosis method. The HeartHealing™ certification is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and The School of Healing Mastery is a Registered CMA Training School provider and member. The HeartHealing™ certification is also an Accredited Counselors, Coaches, Psychotherapist, and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) endorsed course and The School of Healing Mastery is an ACCPH Organizational member.

Results that people have received are: Feeling whole, able to feel enough and speak up for themselves without feeling guilty, able to express themself and be able to receive abundance in relationships, business and love. Reduction or elimination of trauma responses, resolving negative critical thoughts about themselves which were blocking  relationship with them self and with others. Often able to reduce or eliminate medication for depression, anxiety, sleep though this was not the primary goal or intention of this work.
