Practice Description

My Mind & Me is an integrative psychiatric practice providing comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on children, adolescents, and family-centered care. The practice blends thoughtful psychopharmacology with functional and lifestyle-informed interventions to address root contributors to emotional and behavioral concerns.

Care is grounded in thorough assessment, careful rule-out of comorbid and medical contributors, and collaborative treatment planning. Services include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, integrative treatment planning, caregiver education, and coordination with schools and other providers. When appropriate, nutritional, sleep, and regulatory factors are incorporated to support nervous system health and long-term stability.

My Mind & Me prioritizes ethical prescribing, shared decision-making, and continuity of care, serving as a collaborative partner within the broader healthcare and educational systems.
