I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and licensed as both an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and a Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management, supportive therapy, and complementary/alternative care for mental health for adults, primarily via telehealth with some limited in-person appointments. My approach is holistic, comprehensive, and client-centered. I use tools such as laboratory assessment, lifestyle counseling, supportive therapy, natural treatments, and medications. I personalize treatments to the individual and work collaboratively with clients to address goals for care.
