I own a solo practice based in Washington State. I specialize in trauma therapy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy – ART – (which has amazing results and is much faster than EMDR). I have experience treating substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD, and more. I offer medication management and talk therapy, besides ART, all via telehealth. I practiced for many years as an inpatient psychiatric nurse, and worked as an NP for two organizations that focused on addiction treatment. I am a SMART Recovery facilitator and I really love watching people heal and improve their lives, especially when using the modalities of ART and talk therapy. (Less side effects! 🙂
