I am the Clinical Director and Owner of Sound Choice Mental Health, where I provide psychiatric care for individuals ages 14 and older across a broad range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, and delusional disorders. With over 20 years of experience, my approach is holistic, evidence-based, and focused on treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I believe in listening first. Care should feel human, not rushed or transactional, and that philosophy guides how we support both patients and clinicians. Treatment is thoughtful, intentional, and collaborative, with a focus on avoiding unnecessary medications and one-size-fits-all approaches.

I built Sound Choice Mental Health to create an environment where high-quality care and clinician autonomy can coexist. We value depth over volume, critical thinking over shortcuts, and collaboration over hierarchy. Clinicians are supported in practicing in a way that aligns with their values, with space to grow, think independently, and provide truly patient-centered care.
