I am the Clinical Director and co-founder of Mindset Tacoma LLC, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) treating adults with mood disorders and PTSD. This is an in-person IOP that uses a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver CBT, DBT skills, individual and group psychotherapy, and medication management.
