Companies, nonprofits, government agencies, and academic organizations have a unique opportunity to connect with AAPPN members as an exhibitor at our 2026 Annual Conference.
The conference will be held from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Our agenda includes a 30-minute coffee welcome, 30-minute morning and afternoon breaks, and an expanded 75-minute lunch break to provide ample time for attendees to meet our exhibitors.
Psychiatric nurse practitioners will receive ANCC-approved CEs, including hours toward pharmacotherapeutic CE requirement.

Your participation as an exhibitor includes more than just a table. AAPPN’s exhibitor program allows you to reach all of our 350+ members, as well as non-members in the psych ARNP community.
As an exhibitor, you will receive these benefits:
- At the conference:
- Table at the conference, with numerous opportunities to visit with attendees.
- One-page flyer or information sheet included in the digital conference notebook.
- Invitation to have lunch with our participants.
- List of conference participants (emailed after the conference).
- On the AAPPN website:
- One-year listing on our website Exhibitor Hall, including your logo, product description, and contact link. (Visit the 2025 conference exhibitor hall.)
- On the conference video, available for two years after the conference date:
- Thank you on the video recording of the conference, including your logo.
- One-page flyer or information sheet included in the participant notebook, available digitally to video viewers.

- Logo: high-resolution (>250K).
- Short Description: <50 words and should include contact name and email/website.
- One-page flyer or information sheet: PDF format; to be included the digital conference notebook.
Exhibitor registration fee:
- For-profit companies – $1,700.
- Nonprofits and government agencies — $850.
- All fees are per 6’ table.
