CAPLYTA is indicated in adults for the treatment of schizophrenia and depressive episodes associated with bipolar I or II disorder (bipolar depression), as monotherapy and as adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate.

Amber R. Hoberg, APN, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at GeroPsych Associates of Central Texas in Austin. Ms Hoberg earned her master’s degree in nursing as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Ms Hoberg is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
