Secretary, Membership Committee Member, Legislative Committee Member, Finance Committee Member

AAPPN has been integral to my practice since being a student at Seattle University. I’ve enjoyed my service as the chair of the Membership Committee, At-Large Board member, and former President. Next, I would be delighted to serve as AAPPN Secretary. My undergraduate degree in English will likely serve me well in this next chapter of AAPPN volunteering. Thank you for voting in this election!
Since completing my PMHNP studies at Seattle University, I’ve practiced in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings working with adults suffering with the gamut of psychiatric issues. One of my passions is working with people with substance use disorders, and I am proud to have achieved my certification in addictions in 2019 as a compliment to my general psychiatric mental health certification. Since 2012, I have been involved with AAPPN and served in a variety of volunteer roles, including chair of membership committee and Board President in 2021. Additional volunteering includes preceptorship of PMHNP graduate students and presentations to family practice providers. In my free time, I enjoy learning about neuroscience, running, and spending time with family.
