Board At-Large Member, Legislation Committee Member

I have valued this organization as a new graduate and have had the opportunity to connect with many other members across the state through available resources and opportunities to volunteer within the organization. I am an advocate for improved mental healthcare in rural areas and within the state and am honored to serve as a Board of Directors Member At Large for this organization to continue to advocate, learn and grow within my profession, educate, and connect with others.
I have been practicing in mental health care as a RN for over 12 years and after graduating as a PMHNP, I moved to Okanogan County and currently practice in a rural primary care clinic. I have been an AAPPN member since graduating and moving to Washington, and I have volunteered on the AAPPN legislative committee for the past year while learning more about advocacy and connecting with other members throughout the state.
