Steven Pline

January 19, 2021 by AAPPN

Board Student Member

Steven Pline, MBA, BSN, RN

My objectives as a board member are to: (1) Contribute as a volunteer to help maintain and sustain this incredible organization; (2) Encourage student engagement utilizing principles of community-based participatory research, and (3) Seek to find ways to avoid what seems to be a yearly misalignment on acceptable student postings to the AAPPN listserv.

I have been involved in AAPPN during the last two years by attending AAPPN annual conferences, chapter meetings, student events, and as a volunteer. I am in the final year of a PMHNP DNP program at the University of Washington. My population of interest for practice is with adolescents living with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
