Message from AAPPN’s Co-Presidents

February 7, 2022 by AAPPN

Danielle DeOliveira, Co-President-Elect
Jean Tang
Jean Tang, Co-President

We are happy and honored to lead your Board of Directors in 2022.

The past two years have brought a lot of challenges and a lot of changes in our work and our professional community. More changes both anticipated and unforeseen are sure to come.

Working together, we can continue to navigate this journey to benefit our clients and our practices.

We’d like to welcome our newest Board member, Student representative Sarah Kim. Sarah was elected by our AAPPN Student Members to bring their voices to the Board.

We’d also like to welcome Nikki Behner as our incoming President-Elect, and Ginni Buccola and Steve Pline as Members-at-Large. They join returning members Piper Buersmeyer, Leslie Hite, Danielle Waldron, and Past President Kristine Highlander.

A special thanks to outgoing Past President Mary Ellen O’Keefe, whose leadership through these interesting times has benefited all of us.

All the volunteers at AAPPN strive to make a positive impact. Whether it’s advocacy, education, networking, or recognition, our work is our way of thanking you for belonging to AAPPN and for the work that you do every day.

Danielle DeOliveira, PMHNP-BC
Jean Tang, PhD, PMHNP-BC
