AAPPN is happy to welcome Devon S. Connor-Green as our new lobbyist.
As our lobbyist, Devon will be working in Olympia to protect and enhance the profession. As an integral part of our Legislation Committee, he’ll work with AAPPN members to make our voices heard with the state legislature.
Devon is a long-time Olympia resident and alumni of The Evergreen State College. He received his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
Devon has worked at the national level on issues related to consumer and healthcare privacy and is currently focused on healthcare access and affordability issues here in Washington state. He has represented several health provider organizations before the state Legislature, including: Pediatricians, ARNPs, Midwives, and Doulas.
For the past two years he has worked closely with ARNPs United of Washington State advocating for nurse practitioner payment parity.
