I am a relational provider providing medication management and psychotherapy.  I draw from a variety of modalities to treat attention, anxiety and mood disorders, and trauma.

I am a certified Brainspotting practitioner.  This mindfulness based treatment uses some of the aspects of EMDR but is gentler.  This tx is very useful for resolving trauma. It can also be used to expand one’s creativity or performance.  This treatment can be used by anyone and results are seen in remarkably short periods of time.
